Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final
Each saasreview order is custom work we begin right away, so once a review is underway its fee is non-refundable. The only exceptions are the narrow cases listed below, and any rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
1. What You Are Paying For
When you place an order you are buying a made-to-order digital service: a review of your specific product, on the tier you select, produced and (for public tiers) published by saasreview. Your fee pays for that work and, where applicable, the listing and badge. It does not buy a particular score, verdict, or outcome. As soon as your order is placed we may begin work, including accessing or signing up for your product, allocating reviewer and processing time, and preparing your review.
2. All Sales Are Final
Because every order is custom work that we begin promptly, all sales are final. Once work on your review has begun, the fee for that order is non-refundable, except in the limited situations described in sections 5 and 7 below. Buying a review never obligates us to reach a favorable conclusion, and a fee is not refundable on the basis that you disagree with the result.
3. No Returns or Exchanges
A review is a digital service, not a physical product, so there is nothing to ship back and we do not offer returns or exchanges. We also cannot “undo” a completed review in exchange for a refund. If you would like a published review taken down, contact us and we will consider the request, but removal does not entitle you to a refund of work already performed.
4. What Is Not Grounds for a Refund
To set expectations clearly, the following are not reasons for a refund:
- You disagree with the score, the verdict, or the reviewer’s opinion. Our reviews are editorially independent, and payment never buys the outcome.
- The review is less favorable than you hoped, or points out bugs, gaps, or weaknesses.
- You changed your mind after placing the order.
- Your product changed, was updated, or was taken down after we reviewed it.
- You decided not to display the badge, or later asked for the review to be removed.
5. When We Will Refund
We will refund the fee for an affected order in these limited cases:
- We are unable to produce your review, for example because we cannot access your product through no fault of yours and cannot complete the work.
- We decline to publish your review for reasons unrelated to your conduct.
- You were charged in error, such as a duplicate or accidental charge.
- A refund is required by the law that applies to you.
In each case we refund to your original payment method. This mirrors section 7 of our Terms of Service.
6. Cancellations
You may ask to cancel an order before we begin work on it. If we have not yet started, we will cancel and refund the order in full. Because most tiers are delivered quickly, work often begins soon after purchase, so the window to cancel is short. To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible after ordering using the address in section 10.
7. Consumer Rights & Statutory Cancellation
Some consumers have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within a set period. Where that right applies to you and you ask us to begin work right away, you agree that we may start immediately and you acknowledge that you may lose that cancellation right once the service is fully performed. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
8. How Refunds Are Issued
All payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, it can take roughly 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
9. Billing Questions & Chargebacks
If you think there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first. We will look into it and fix any genuine billing error quickly. Starting a chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution and may lead to suspension of your account while the dispute is handled.
10. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email hello@saasreview.ai with the email address on your account, the product you submitted, and the approximate date and amount of the charge. We will respond and, where a refund applies under this policy, process it promptly.
11. Relationship to Our Terms
This Refund & Return Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms govern. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make changes we will post the updated policy here with a new “Last updated” date, and the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
