1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.saasreview.ai (the “Service”), operated by MS-104 LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. What saasreview Is
saasreview is an independent SaaS review service. A founder submits a product and selects a tier; we then produce a review and publish it. Reviews are generated by AI agents that analyze the product against a consistent scorecard, and a real person checks every published review. Depending on the tier, a review may include a deeper hands-on walkthrough in which an agent navigates the app (including behind a sign-in when a test login is provided), and/or be accompanied by a private, prioritized improvement plan.
3. Editorial Independence & Sponsored Disclosure
Payment buys the work and the listing, never the verdict. The score, opinions, and conclusions in every review are determined solely by saasreview’s editorial judgment. We do not guarantee a positive review, a minimum score, or any particular ranking or placement.
Because reviews are paid for by the product being reviewed, every published review carries a clear, visible sponsored disclosure. You may not condition payment on, or request changes to, the editorial verdict. We reserve the right to edit, decline to publish, or remove any review at our editorial discretion, including where a draft does not meet our quality standards.
4. Accounts & Your Responsibilities
By using the Service, you represent and agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
- You own the product you submit, or are authorized to submit it for review on behalf of its owner.
- You authorize saasreview to access, sign up for, and test your product, and to use your product name, public materials, and screenshots to produce and publish the review and badge.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
5. Test-Account Credentials
For walkthrough tiers you may optionally provide credentials to a test or demo account so our reviewer can access your product. If you do, you represent that you are authorized to share those credentials and that they grant access to a non-production test account. We store such credentials encrypted, use them only to perform your review, and delete them on request once the review is complete. Do not provide credentials to production accounts or to accounts containing real customer or third-party data.
6. The Review Badge
When your review is published we provide an embeddable “Reviewed on www.saasreview.ai” badge. You may display the badge provided it links to your genuine, unmodified review. You may not alter the displayed score, misrepresent the review, or use the badge to imply any endorsement, certification, or relationship beyond the published review itself.
7. Fees, Refunds & Cancellations
Review fees are charged at the time of purchase through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees pay for the review work and listing, not for a favorable outcome. Because each review is custom work we begin right away, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable once work on your review has begun. If we are unable to produce your review, or decline to publish it for reasons unrelated to your conduct, we will refund the corresponding fee. Full details, including the limited exceptions and how to request a refund, are in our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimers & No Warranties
Reviews, scores, and improvement plans are editorial opinions provided for informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, financial, security, or investment advice, and they are not a guarantee of any product’s quality, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MS-104 LLC, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the review giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MS-104 LLC, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your submission of a product you are not authorized to submit, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
13. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully, it affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or by telephone, video conference, or written submission if mutually agreed.
Class action waiver: arbitration shall be conducted only in your individual capacity and not as a class, collective, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
Opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@saasreview.ai within 30 days of first using the Service, including your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.
14. Changes & Severability
We may modify these Terms at any time; changes are effective upon posting, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining Terms stay in full force.
